Cases and Boxes
Paulamar supply a wide range of cases and boxes from conductive tote trays to Peli™ Cases and from custom made flight cases to simple plastic boxes. All can be supplied empty or fitted with custom designed foam inserts to house, protect or display your product.
Tote Trays
Standard containers for the manufacturing and logistic industries. Tote Trays are straight wall containers with rectangular internal bases that are great for nesting, stacking, and saving space. Injection moulded high grade plastics ensure even wall thickness and added strength. Tote Trays are the ideal choice for re-usable storage and shipping containers. Available in standard and conductive materials.
Peli Cases
The Peli Protector™ range of watertight and crushproof cases offer total protection in virtually any situation. The body of the case is a structural copolymer resin. Incorporated into the shell of the case is a pressure purge valve to allow pressure equalisation. A neoprene "O" ring in the lid ensures that the tongue and groove seal remains watertight.
The hinges and handle interlocks form an integral part of the moulding, making it virtually impossible to break in the event of rough handling. A padlock facility (also an integral part of the moulding) keeps your property safe from roving hands.
Custom logo, custom foam inserts and custom colours are available for OEM applications. Used extensively by units of all major NATO armed forces, the Protector range of cases has seen action in all recent military events.
Peli Accessories
Padded nylon flexible divider system, four-digit combination lock, four-digit TSA approved combination lock, ABS panel frame, padded shoulder straps, lid mounted document wallets and foam inserts either pick’n’pluck or custom made.
Flight Cases
Lightweight flight cases provide a functional and durable way to carry and store sensitive and valuable equipment. Flight cases can be made in a variety of materials from plywood to aluminium. Custom made to your specification our flight cases can be virtually any size, wheeled or suitable for stacking. Internally the Flight Cases can be designed with protective foam inserts, drawers and rack systems to meet your exact requirements.
