Paulamar foams are ideal materials for Sealblend eaves and ridge fillers, Movement Joints, Gap filling, Frost Blankets due to their lightweight, long life expectancy and sealing properties.
Medical
Plastazote has been acknowledged as being the most cited thermoplastic material in medical literature. Plastazote Foam materials are non-toxic, non irritant to the skin and yet provide support and comfort. Ideal for neck and wrist restraints, prosthetics, specialist seating applications and products designed to assist good posture etc. These foam materials are supplied in sheets plain or perforated which may be thermoformed, and as cut pads or as more complex fabrications.
Sports
Paulamar foam products come in a wide range of vibrant colours making them the ideal material for applications where aesthetic appeal is important. Current applications include body protection, helmet lining, shin guards, camping mats, exercise mats, swimming aids, floats, buoys and archery targets.
Seals and gaskets
Foams and rubbers can be used to seal, under pressure, the join between two surfaces stopping leaks. The compressible nature of Paulamars foams allow for the irregularities of two joining pieces to be accommodated whilst still retaining the seal
Packaging

To overcome static shocks effect on sensitive equipment permanently static dissipative, protective foams can be used.
Museums and Conservation
Plastazote foam has been tested and approved for use within Museums for applications such as packaging, drawer and shelf linings, book supports, display mediums, supports for historical and priceless antiquities etc. The material is well suited for applications within the field of conservation due to the following properties: chemically inert, non-toxic, lightweight, UV stable due to cross linking, flexible, easily cut, tough and resilient and exhibit outstanding resistance to most chemicals and water. They are highly pure, will not cause corrosion or silver staining and are safe to use for the transit and archival storage of antiquities and works of art. Plastazote foam is C.F.C. and H.C.F.C. free.
Military
Paulamars foam products are used for many military applications including helmet liners, camping mats, material handling trays and cushion packaging.
Arts and crafts
Due to its ease of fabrication, attractive appearance, resilience and range of vibrant colours Plastazote is used extensively for making stage and carnival costumes, Live Role Play outfits and general crafting products.
Materials handling

Automotive
Paulamar foams consistent cell size makes them ideal for use in automotive seals, gaskets, void fillers and insulation. They are also used for internal door linings, water shedders, crash protection and energy management components.
